Saturday Breakfast - Help Feed Our Hungry Neighbors

St. Mary’s serves over 1,200 meals to our hungry neighbors every month through our weekly Saturday breakfast. This amazing ministry relies on volunteers. Will you join us and sign up to prepare breakfast and/or deliver to the various sites in town? Visit our SignUp.com page by clicking on the button below and see the variety of tasks you can sign up for. Sign up alone or with a friend. Children and youth are welcome with an adult. St. Mary’s Food Pantry Ministries

St. Mary’s supports two local food pantries - the Student Food Pantry and the FISH Food Pantry. We encourage you to bring non-perishable items to help us stock these food pantries! Looking for suggestions? The button below directs you to a shopping list! Leave your food donations at St. Mary’s in the basket by the Chapel. The Food Pantry Committee will transport them to these two pantries.

Presiding Bishop Michael Curry’s Visit

The Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church visited the Diocese of Oregon in early September. The public portions of his visit included preaching and presiding at Trinity Cathedral on Sunday morning and an interview with Bishop Akiyama moderated by OPB’s Geoff Norcross on Sunday evening. On anniversary of George Floyd’s murder, Episcopalians invited to remembrance, action

In keeping with the vision of Becoming Beloved Community, The Episcopal Church offers three ways this week to commemorate the one-year anniversary of George Floyd’s murder and to participate in reflections and action steps: a virtual service of commemoration tonight at 5 PM (pacific time) featuring a reflection by Presiding Bishop Michael Curry; an invitation to racial healing engagement on social media; and opportunity to learn about and take action with the Episcopal Church Office of Government Relations. Recycling Bottles & Cans - A Fundraiser for Housing

Thank you everyone who is filling up the blue bags with your glass or plastic returnable bottles and cans. The vestry designated the money in 2021 to go to housing initiatives, as directed by the Outreach Ministry Council. Click the button below for the details you need to participate.
