Welcome to St. Mary's!

St. Mary's Episcopal Church has been here in downtown Eugene for over 150 years to worship, serve, and grow in faith. Guided by the teachings and life of Jesus Christ, we value community, inclusiveness, compassion, our living tradition, health, and collaborative leadership. Everyone is welcome to worship, serve, and grow in faith at St. Mary's, no matter what age, ethnicity or race, gender identity, sexual orientation or economic or social circumstances.

Whether you are looking for a new church home or looking for a place to worship while visiting Eugene, we hope that you join us for one of our five weekend services. Worship at St. Mary’s is diverse, from traditional to innovative, from quiet and meditative to noisy and energetic.

Announcements

Easter is a Season! So what's next? You've probably heard about Lenten practices (giving something up and/or taking something on) but what about an Easter practice? What would that look like? Read Bingham's Rector's Closing Thoughts from the April edition of the Bellringer and consider taking on an Easter practice.

Pilgrimage News: We have 10 youth, all of whom will be 16 or 17, and 4 adult leaders going on our spiritual Pilgrimage to England and France. We are working hard to set our itinerary - this group is very interested in having ample time to write, draw, read, pray, meditate, and just think. We’ll spend a lot of time in cathedrals and in nature. St. Mary’s youth have been going on pilgrimages since 2002. Want to know more about our Pilgrimage process? Read "An explanation of the youth program at St. Mary's" and "The Youth Pilgrimage Process" for more information.
